Alexis Kelso (b. 1998) is an abstract artist based in Sydney, Australia. Her artistic journey began as an outlet for self-expression and a search for a deeper connection with self.

Known for her affinity for large-scale creations, Alexis employs an instinctive, body-intuative approach to shape her compositions and leave her signature marks. Frequently using found objects as unconventional painting tools, she draws influence from her immediate environment and emotional state in the moment. Her work embodies an ongoing exploration of the intangible and ineffable—a pursuit to express what words cannot fully capture.

After eight years working as a designer in the Australian fashion industry, Alexis felt compelled to realign her focus toward her art practice. Her debut collection, “Pushed In”, offers a distilled reflection on the present moment and the transformative experiences of recent years.
